Self-Growth All Year

The importance of observing Yom Kippur and acts of kindness and forgiveness all year is essential.

Change is a process. It takes steps, it takes a lot of introspection, dedication, recognition and continual connection to the higher-self, the universe, and for some, continued connection to one’s temple, church or place of worship.

Join me in making this year the best year by living with greater love, kinder thoughts, kinder words, increased charity, and healthier habits towards the body, mind and soul. When we allow ourselves to chose love over idle judgment so much more becomes possible for all.

May our actions reflect our words and promises.

How do we do this?

  • We stay committed to our spiritual practices or religious teachings
  • Practice daily meditation or remembering to mindfully breathe
  • Exercise (even if it’s a walk around the block)
  • Make water your best friend as hydration does wonders
  • Ensure to mind your thoughts and tongue with less negative talk of self and others
  • Commit to more personal connection with friends, family and even acquaintances
  • Grab a pen and start journaling
  • Embrace each day with a cup of gratitude

Time is limited so let’s start today as we journey into the new year.
