Chill-Pill Meditation

One of my favorite meditations is the Chill-Pill meditation.

While sitting cross-legged on the floor, gently close your eyes and focus on your third eye (the space between your eyes brows).

Inhale through the nose for six counts, hold the breath for three counts, then exhale through the mouth for six counts.

Do this breathing exercise for six rounds and radically experience a shift in your mindset!
