Meditation Parties

What are Meditation Parties?

A fun class on wellness and self-care that allows you to connect with yourself and the universe while enlightening your aura through a blend of positive affirmations, deep breathing exercises, light yoga moves, and music.  In these classes, you will learn the techniques to bring more calm and tranquility to your mind and body to achieve a state of zen.

Sessions conclude with tea, snacks, and a reflection of the meeting with a take-home overview of meditation.

What will I need?

Bring a yoga mat, towel, water, a journal, and a friend or relative.

Do I need to be a mediation pro to attend?

No way! This is great for meditation newbies and the super experienced. These classes are less about trying to perfect meditation and more about connecting with your soul and spirit. There’s no one right way to meditate. Therefore, different methods will be used in each class and based on your personal preference.
