Debra Gudema on: Oils for Emotional Support

I love oils, and yes, EVOO as well. But over the past few months a contact introduced me to the brilliant addition of oils into my wellness regimen.

Young Living has a kit specifically designed for emotional support, the Feelings Kit.  This kit features six essential oil blends that inspire feelings of emotional well-being when used on your skin, added to your water or diffused. When used in morning and evening the oils may help inspire peaceful thoughts and spiritual harmony. At the very least, the oils are fun to use and add a dash of inspiration to the day.

Some of my go-to oils both from the lot and independent:

  • Lavender every day all day on my writs, sprayed in the air, on my yoga mat, in the bath and in my bath salts. This scent is exceptionally calming and soothe.
  • Peppermint is a popular choice before a yoga class or a rigorous fitness routine. The scent is invigorating and pulses the nasal cavity and awakens the soul.
  • Stress Away by Young Living is a popular choice. The mixed blend just calms every part of being and the gentle scent of vanilla curates a sense of bliss and sweetness. If you have a diffuser, this can magically transform the aura and tone of any room or home.
