Debra Gudema on Lavender Oil

Lavender oil is an essential oil derived from the flowers of the lavender plant. This popular scent can be found is soaps, perfumes, air freshener’s and more. Lavender is a family favorite during meditation and yoga practice as it helps set the tone. The oil is also effective during the bath or shower; add a dash in the bath water or shower floor to emit the calming aroma.
