Manifestation is more than a trend, it is a groovy life altering practice that can help progress in a positive way. I first learned about manifestation from spiritual thought leader Gabby Bernstein back in 2017.
At its core, manifestation is about aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions with your goals. Gabby’s books and workshops taught me the power of visualizing what I want, setting clear intentions, and trusting the process. Initially, I was skeptical, but I decided to give it a try, and it completely transformed my mindset and inspired new growth.
One of the biggest benefits of manifestation is clarity. By writing down my goals and journaling on a consistent basis, I discovered what I truly wanted in life. For example, when I was working on building my blog, Well & Co., I visualized connecting with readers who shared my passion for meditation. This clarity gave me the confidence to move forward, even when self-doubt crept in.
Another benefit is positivity. Manifestation encourages gratitude and shifts your focus from what is missing to what is possible. Gabby Bernstein’s emphasis on gratitude rituals, like journaling daily blessings and affirmations has helped me stay optimistic, even during challenging times.
Finally, manifestation teaches resilience. Challenges are part of life, but manifestation reminds us to stay aligned with our goals and trust that everything happens for a reason. Despite facing some personal challenges years after being introduced to manifestation, Gabby’s teachings helped me thrive in difficult moments, regaining my purpose and confidence.
If you are curious about manifestation, start with Gabby Bernstein’s resources, like her book The Universe Has Your Back. With small, intentional steps, you too can create a life filled with purpose, joy, and abundance. It may sound silly or wonky, but this resource is great. Life is not perfect, and there will be tough moments, but it is in those delicate times when manifestation helps us most!
