My days has been full circle. Started with ylang, ylang essential oil in my morning meditation and concluded with ylang, ylang in my bath. Other essentials used were eucalyptus salts, coconut bubbles, and music from the Asian Zen Spa album. Embrace in self-love and self-care because you are worth it! 🙏
